How do I know if my version of BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) supports native attachments?
– Open an e-mail with an attachment (e.g. A Word file or Excel file). – Press the Menu key to bring up the full menu. – If you see a “Download Attachment” menu item, then you have the ability to work with native attachments and therefore edit them in Documents To Go. – If you do not see the “Download Attachment” menu item, then you do not have the required version of BlackBerry Internet Service to work with native attachments.
