How do I know if my resident entered a WebSMR report?
Once your resident or fellow enters a WebSMR report for your patient, you will receive notification on your patient list. You must select that patient, review the report, and click on “submit” in order for the report to be processed. If a resident/fellow entered report is not signed off by the attending physican, a deficiency report will be generated by health records.
