How do I know if my NextMailSM message was sent and if it reached its destination?
Soon after you let go of the walkie talkie button, you will hear three short beeps. This is confirmation that your NextMailSM message has been sent.If you check the “Send ‘Recipient Replies’ to my phone” box in your account’s profile (under Options) the system will automatically generate and send a ‘Message Received’ message to your phone when the recipient opens the message.If the email address is invalid, you will usually receive an ‘Email Administrator’ error message in your e-mail inbox. On rare occasions, messages sent to a valid address are not received by the intended recipient due to circumstances beyond the control of the NextMailSM service. These could include Internet slow downs due to excessive traffic, the recipient’s email server being temporarily off line, or the recipient’s spam filter.
