How do I know if mold in the basement of one of my houses is dangerous or not?
You can buy a kit at Lowe’s to test the mold, it will tell you if it’s dangerous. Especially if it is black in color, you should test it. But even if it’s not the deadly black mold, it’s not good to have mold in the basement because it can aggravate people’s allergies to have mold spores in the air.
