How do i know if i have had a miscarriage if i dont bleed?
I have had 5 children and 2 miscarriages. Firstly, I think that the pains you describe are completely normal. The most common sign of miscarriage besides bleeding (other than if you have tests) is that pregnancy symptons stop or decrease. I think that you are probably just overally anxious because of your previous loss. I have been told that statistically you are LESS likely to miscarry following a miscarriage. I would not worry about the pains you are getting as the uterus stretching gives you aches that are very similar to period pain. If you want some reassurance, ask the doctor to check your HCG level when you see him tomorrow and then have it re-done 2-3 days later to see if the level is doubling. Although not foolproof this is an excellent tool in seeing if the pregnancy is progressing normally. Once you are around 6 – 7 weeks you should get an early scan done to confirm an inuterine pregnancy as at this stage they will be able to see the heart beat. Once the heart beat has been
