How do I know if I can use my laptop at the library using wireless connection?
I’m sure the library has wireless. Go in and ask if they do and what the SSID (network name) is then in your laptop, it will show the network name. It may be password protected, but they will give it to you. click on the network, and if needed it will ask for the password, then it will connect. Its pretty simple. Even if you have a problem, it’s so easy someone there will help you. About plugging in to an outlet, it depends. All i can suggest is charging the laptop fully before going .
