How do I know if I can qualify for for debt settlement?
Not everyone is a candidate for debt settlement. However, if some of you have credit card debt in excess of $15000, you have had a financial hardship in your life, you are behind on multiple payments and/or you are considering bankruptcy as the only means to eliminate your dent, then you are most likely an ideal candidate for debt settlement. Remember, creditors would always prefer to get something rather than nothing which they would get if you file bankruptcy.
