How do I know if eWiSACWIS is experiencing a hardware failure?
The following are sample error dialogs that a user may see when using WiSACWIS during a hardware failure. Users logged into WiSACWIS during a hardware failure would need to logoff and log back in. Updates that had not been saved will be lost, but all updates that had been saved prior to the hardware failure will be current in the secondary WiSACWIS database server. This error message displays while processing an update in WiSACWIS during a database failure. The user is no longer connected to the database, so s/he must logoff and log back into the application.
