The Ohio Board of Nursing will accept, at face value the number of hours awarded for an educational activity that has been approved for CE, provided it was approved by one of the following: – An Ohio Board of Nursing Approver of CE for nurses and Ohio Certified Dialysis Technicians; – A national nursing association or a professional association of any health care discipline which is nationally accredited to approve CE; – A health care regulatory board of any state; or – A nationally accreditied system of CE approval. – Any course which is acceptable for a nurse is also considered acceptable for an Ohio Certified Dialysis Technician.
