How do I know if a business has filed its Dclaration de renseignements au registre des entreprises (information return) or Dclaration annuelle (annual declaration)?

You can see if a business has filed its information return or annual declaration by looking at the business’s file in the enterprise register. You will see the date the last information return or annual declaration was filed in the “DERN DCL ANNL” field. Moreover, the Documents conservs section of the business’s file lists all the annual declarations or information returns that the business filed. To consult a business’s file, go to the Search the enterprise register section.
