How do I Know about what species are available in the nursery located in my Mandal?
-The Deputy Conservator of Forests P&E of each district will publish a booklet before planting season (in the months of April/May) showing the species available in each nursery Mandal wise and the number and type of species can be known from this booklet. 3.Can I get the seedlings free of cost or is there a price fixed for seedlings of important species like Teak, bamboo etc. -The price of the seedlings will be decided by the District Forest Committee chaired by the District Collector every year. Important species like teak, bamboo etc, will have a price which will be decided by the committee.
