How do I join airG?
You can join airG by simply entering your mobile number. You will then be asked to create a username and a Security PIN will be sent to you through SMS (text message). • What is the country code for? The country code is used to verify your mobile number and country. You will not need to memorize it as it will be pre-filled when you visit airG, but you can edit it. • Why do I have to give my mobile number? Your mobile number is used for so we can send you your Security PIN. You must have a valid mobile number to join airG and your number will not be shared with anyone. • I didn’t get a text message with my Security PIN, what do I do? It may take awhile for the SMS to reach you. If you still have not received your Security PIN after 24 hours, visit airG, enter your mobile number and find the ‘Forgot your PIN?’ link. You will be sent a new Security PIN. If you still do not receive a PIN, please contact our customer service representatives for assistance. • I forgot the password for my use
