You can invoice an unlimited number of items as long as you have entered them in a Load for that Customer. For example, a Load could have the Gross Income, Fuel Surcharge, and Additional Income (unlimited number of items entered in the Direct Expenses, Additional Income and Advances tab). You can also invoice Reimbursed Expenses (Direct Expenses) and deduct Advances. When you create the Invoice, you must check EACH item you want to appear on the specific invoice. This allows you to invoice for multiple loads on the same invoice, or split items from one load between multiple invoices. Note that whatever is entered in the Description field for the item in the Loads window appears on the invoice.
