You will need to direct your question to our BlueCard customer service center for their determination of whether the services were submitted correctly to the other Plan and if we processed the claim according to the other Plan’s instructions. BlueCard customer service can be reached by calling 1-800-676-BLUE (2583). Our role in BlueCard processing as the Host Plan is to receive the claim, apply our contracting provider maximum allowable payments and our content of service guidelines. We are also responsible to send this information to the Home Plan. When they have applied their eligibility and benefits guidelines they return the instructions to us and we pay the claim.
