The Field Services technicians (Level 2 support) provide deskside end-user computing (EUC) support for GTA customers. Services include hardware and software break/fix for standard EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, tablet PCs and network printers). Field Services also performs Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes (IMACs) of EUC equipment. These IMACs are initiated through the OrderNow! online service catalog (see separate FAQs) and are then routed to Field Services. If I don’t work in downtown Atlanta, will Field Services visit my office? Field Services technicians will visit GTA customers in all state of Georgia sites as needed. How do I contact Field Services? Field Services is engaged only by the Consolidated Service Desk. Users’ point of contact for problems is 1-877-GTA-3233 (1-877-482-3233). All new requests for services should be initiated through the OrderNow! Online service catalog. What are the working hours for Field Services? Field Services technicians are available Monday
