How do I Install the software onto the PocketPC?

Once you have successfully installed the suite of PocketChart desktop applications, you are now ready to install the on-device application. To do this select the Start button, then select Programs, then PocketChart, then PocketChart Installer. The software will prompt you to connect your device via Active Sync. Without a valid Active Sync connection the installer cannot work properly. I can’t seem to get the Active Sync to work, it does not see the device and connect.
