How do I install the lloonngg panniers …?
The ERRC lloonngg watertight panniers work with the “Easy Reacher” under-seat rack. Taking the rear “J” hook as a starting point, slide the panniers from front to back under the seat to secure the 2 top “J” hooks. Once positioned, pull down on the bungee cord on the back of the bag to create slack to hook the bottom “S” hook to the bottom of the rack. Mid-way along the top edge of the pannier is a long piece of Velcro. This can be placed around the diameter of the frame tube behind the seat (cut to length) to secure the mid-section of the pannier to the bike. The rear portion of the bags have a velcroed pinch clip. The Velcro can be attached to your rear seat stays and the strap pulled tight. To remove, repeat the process in reverse – pinch the rear clip to unhook the rear of the bag, undo the middle section Velcro, unhook the bottom “S” hook from the rack and slide the bag from back to front under the seat to remove.
