Installing Vinyl BaseboardInstall self adhesive vinyl baseboard by carefully peeling the backing and sticking the baseboard to the wall as you unroll. Clean wall and floor in the area you will adhere the new baseboard. Measure the wall and cut the roll to the same length plus 1 to 2 inches. Remove a small section of the backing, and stick the baseboard to the wall in one corner. Keeping the roll level with the floor, unroll the baseboard in short sections, peeling and pushing the vinyl into the wall as you go.
