Install Nucleo Pro into one of your After Effects installations. Nucleo Pro installs to the default After Effects 7 location and Nucleo Pro 2 installs to the default After Effects CS3 location unless the installer is told otherwise. Then copy the GridIron Nucleo folder from the chosen folder to the plug-in folder for the other version. When either version is started the plugin will be found (and will share the configuration information such as the render history).
