Boot the Mac with the bootable MacOS CD, and follows the instruction to load MacOS. At some point, you will be prompted to overwrite existing driver as the install procedure will report that there is FWB driver installed already. You much specify DO NOT OVERWRITE DRIVER at this point. Follow the instruction to install the rest of the MacOS.
