Make sure all other progams are closed before installing Luxicon. (Microsoft Office Toolbar should be closed as well.) Also, make sure all previous versions of the software have been uninstalled. Go to Start, Run, and type in D:\Setup where D: is the letter of your CD-ROM device. Follow the instructions on the screen for a full or minumum installation.
