To install IntenseDebate visit IntenseDebate.com/install and download the WordPress plugin. Then upload the file to the wp-content/plugins folder on your blog. You need to activate the IntenseDebate plugin in order to install the comment system. Go to the Plugins tab and find IntenseDebate Comments in the list. Click Activate. After activating IntenseDebate, please select the Settings tab followed by the IntenseDebate sub-tab to configure your plugin.
