How do I install InsurancePro over a network so that all my Agents can use the program simultaneously?
To fully utilize InsurancePro in your agency, you most probably will need to install it on a network. To install & use InsurancePro on a network, you need to specify one computer as the “server”, and install InsurancePro on the server first. Some computer networks are already setup with a dedicated server. In this case, the installation is easier. However, there might not be a dedicated server at your location. In that case, choose any one computer in your network as the server for InsurancePro. A good choice would be choosing the computer with the most storage space available, which is faster and most reliable. After choosing a server computer, first install InsurancePro on the server. Then, you will have to create a mapped network drive to this server on EACH computer on the network choosing the SAME drive letter on each computer.
