With the following installed on the server, it should work: • xampp-win32-1.4.14-installer • mediawiki-1.5beta3 • ImageMagick-5.5.7-Q16-windows-dll.exe (seems not to work with current distribution | Neither for me. php_imagick.dll seems to be looking for a function in CORE_RL_magick.dll that is found instead in CORE_RL_Magick++_.dll.) • php.
