Versions of EnterNet prior to version 1.3 (which will be released by mid-January, 2000) require a little manual intervention during installation. While installing EnterNet on NT 4.x systems, you will be presented with simple, step-by-step instructions. Follow them carefully and you should have no trouble installing EnterNet on your Windows NT 4.x system. When you’ve finished installing EnterNet, you must re-boot your system (EnterNet will not re-boot it for you). After rebooting, you can verify that the network has been setup correctly by going back to the Network Properties from your Control Panel. You will notice that a second adapter has been installed (NTS PPPoE Adapter). A second instance of the Microsoft TCP/IP protocol will also have been added, bound to the NTS PPPoE Adapter, with all IP addresses and parameters assigned dynamically. The rest of the system remains unchanged.
