Windows Media Player 12 is part of the Windows 7 operating system. It should be on your computer. When installing Cyberlink Power Director I disconnect from the internet and turn off my antivirus until I finish installing. Look for Windows Media Player in your start menu and open it. If it won’t open it may be corrupted.
