How do I install BlueWhaleMail on my mobile phone?
• Use your PC or Mac to visit the BlueWhaleMail web site at http://www.bluewhalemail.com • Enter your mobile phone number and select the “Send me an SMS” button. • This will send a text message containing the link to install BlueWhaleMail. • Follow the link in the text message on your phone and the BlueWhaleMail application will be automatically downloaded to your phone and installed. During the installation process you may be asked to allow BlueWhaleMail to start automatically – we recommend that you do this to allow BlueWhaleMail to start every time the phone is switched on. Towards the end of the installation process you may be asked to allow BlueWhaleMail to “check for features specific to your phone” – this is required to allow the installation process to complete. Once you have installed the BlueWhaleMail application it will check for available network connections. See section 4 of this FAQ guide for more information.
