The product download, installation and registration procedure is as follows: • Log into your account on the ClientServices portal (https://clientservices.automatedqa.com) using your Email address, Security ID and portal login password and navigate to the product download page. • On the client services product download page you will find the Registration information (User name, Company name and Registration code, which is a three-part 24-character code), the product download link and the installation password (registration password is located next to the download link, 19 characters). • Download and install the product using the download link and the installation password. • Launch the product and register it using the Registration information. Please note that all of the fields of the registration are case-sensitive. Also, please make sure that there are no leading or trailing spaces.
