How do I install aluminum privacy slats in chain link fence?

I am interested in privacy slats for a 2″ mesh chainlink fence. I prefer the alumimum ones, although I am a bit confused about how to install them. I like color #1, green. My question is how much I should order. The fence is four feet high, and I have 2 sections (gate) that are high priority, each 5 ft wide, plus 2 additional sections that I MIGHT do, depending on cost, that are each 6 ft wide… in other words, I would like a quote for the costs for (a) 4 ft high by 10 ft wide and (b) 4 ft high by 24 ft wide.
