This question is ig-nat. You don’t install a usb to anything. A usb cable is an interface bus that allows your phone to connect to a computer that has the necessary drivers to control the phone. You can then use Mass Storage Mode to load your own music onto the device (as long as you put the memory card into the card slot of the phone). When you enter mass storage mode, you should see a removeable drive appear in your “my computer” entries. Go into the removeable drive and create a folder called Media. Put any music you want to load into the phone into this Media folder and you’ll be able to play the music through the Media Player function of the phone.
