I’m sorry to say it doesn’t look good. I bought this printer for use with my Ubuntu PC, and like you found out too late that it’s just not going to happen. This thread on ubuntuforums is dedicated to getting Lexmark printers working on Linux, but no-one seems to have had any success with our model: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t… The only thing I can recommend is to use this site to pick out a new printer that will be Linux compatible: http://openprinting.org/printer_list.cgi I wish I’d done that.
