If they don’t, you can find inexpensive external card readers that you can plug into a USB port. Here’s how to use them properly.Find Your Card ReaderLocate the card reader slot in your computer. If you have a desktop model, it will likely be on the front face. If you have a laptop, it could be on the front face or side. If your computer doesn’t have a card reader, you can buy an inexpensive universal reader from a computer or electronics store that will plug into a USB port on your computer. Memory cards come in three popular varieties: Secure Digital (SD), Compact Flash (CF) and Multi Media Card (MMD). Your card reader will be marked with the symbols for each type of card it accepts. Look for the logo on your card and be sure the same logo is on your card reader.Insert Your Card Into the ReaderHold your memory card between your thumb and forefinger with the top up. The top will
