How do I input the SSI Ratio (percentage) on W/S E part A, line 4; E-3 part I, line 1.03; and W/S L part I, line 5?
W/S E part A and L part I, are input as percentages, such that 25.15% is input as 25.15 or 0.2515 is input as 25.15. However, E-3 is input as the decimal equivalent, or 0.2515. For all three worksheets, calculations use the 4 digit decimal equivalent (i.e. E part A and L use 0.2515 when calculating the DSH).
