• Contact the Genomics Facility Manager (see contact info below) and also register, using an online form accessible here. • Before you start any array experiments, a brief formal meeting will be required between the Genomics Facility Manager, the investigator primarily responsible for conducting the experiment, and the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project. Given the inherent complexity of data acquired by the array methodology in each specific context, it is very important for all participants to gain insight into whether the experimental design properly reflects a proposed hypothesis and/or anticipated discovery. Furthermore, modifications to protocols, quality control procedures, and data analysis procedures can be proposed as a result of this preliminary meeting. • An additional formal meeting involving the Genomics Facility manager, the investigator, and the PI should be held after acquisition and basic processing of the raw array data.
