Step 3 -“Add Preferences” – of the reservation process allows you to indicate room preferences. When you click the “continue” button to complete Step 3, you will be notified immediately whether your specific preferences are “guaranteed”, “not offered” or “on request”. “On request” preferences, while not available at the time of booking, will be noted on your reservation and the hotel will do their best to accommodate your request.
