How do I increase the Quality and Content scores for a better enrollment?
Quality may be increased by applying more pressure or bringing out the moisture in the finger by breathing warm air on it as if cleaning a pair of glasses, using a bit of lotion, or swiping the finger across the bridge of the nose to pick up oils from the face. Content may be increased by ensuring that the Ridge-Lock is used to capture the whole of the core in the center of the template image. Incorrect finger positioning tends to result in low content due to the fingerprint core only partially captured.
