How do I increase the pay for a current employee under the new JCCS?
First, no one’s pay will change because of the JCCS. However, the JCCS will provide managers new tools to look at a person’s job, pay, title, etc. Pay is based on the role, level of responsibility, performance, etc. If you believe you want to change someone’s pay, the first place to start is with your manager and then he/she will work with the HR Rep to have that reviewed.
