How do I increase the number of generations displayed in a chart?
To adjust the the look, and contents of a chart generated by Family Tree Legends you will need to access the program’s “Chart Options” feature. You can do so by initially generating the chart, and then clicking on the purple “options” button on the right-hand side of the screen. A new window will open allowing you to customize the chart. In your case you will want to increase the number of generations displayed in your chart. To do this, open the “Chart Options” window and increase the number in the box labeled “Number of Generations”.
