You can’t increase your wrist size (thankfully! how strange we’d all look with giant wrists!). Because there is such low fat around the wrist, this is generally used as a site to measure frame size (for example, with men a 6″- wrist is usually a small (skeletal) frame, 7″ average and 8″+ large). To increase in size is very simple – eat more! If you eat more calories than you burn off then you will gain weight, however, try to make sure the calories come from proteins and complex carbohydrates (proteins = eggs, low fat dairy, lean meats, fish, etc. Complex carbs = brown rice, brown bread, brown pasta, green veg, etc) – too much sugar will cause you to gain fat instead of healthy lean muscle mass. You will also need to ensure that you’re doing a little (sensible) exercise daily to keep fat gain to a minimum. By February you could easily gain a good 5-10kgs just by eating more!
