How do i increase my stamina in tennis?
In order to increase your stamina in tennis you have to get used to playing for a LONG time. If you’re a guy, play about 5 hours in one day at least twice a week. If you’re a girl, play about 3 hours in one day at least twice a week. That way you will be used to long matches, and so playing them will be easy for you. I know a top 10 national player who was warming up his coach’s students for 5 hours straight, and then went on to win his two hour long match who practices 5 hours each day.
