How do I import publications from BibTex format file?

0

In your source database (e.g. EndNote, RefWorks, or any other database that exports to BibTex format), select the items you want and export them out to a BibTex format file. If you need help on how to do this, please consult the help for the particular source database. Login to the Research Expertise database as normal and click on Imported Publications. Browse to find the file you have just exported from EndNote or whatever and select ‘BibTeX’ as the format. Click on Save. The publications should then appear in the Imported Publications list. You must now Edit each publication to link it to your Expertise profile and to those of any co-authors at St Andrews. You should also check that other information such as the Journal Title and/or Publisher have been recognised. You can also Delete a publication from this list if it is not required, e.g. a duplicate of one already in your main Research Expertise publications list.
