How do I import patient database(s) into another MN software?
You can import data from an older version of MentalNote by selecting the “File” menu, and choosing “Import Options.” For details on how to use the different options, consult your “Help” menu and choose “Program Instructions.” The section (2L) on importing will walk you through the process. You can also download the importing feature step-by-step instructions. For your reference, the database files are located on your hard drive in the folder C:\program files\H&T Medical Solutions LLC\MentalNote vX.XX.
