How do I import my Outlook contacts and groups into SmartMessage using the Outlook toolbar?
In the toolbar, click on the “New SmartMessage” drop-down menu and select “Create a new circle from Outlook”. Then, you may choose from your email addresses and distribution lists, add them to an existing circle or you may create new circle by typing the name of the circle into the open entry field.
