You can do it either manually, as shown in the previous comment, or automatically transfer the data with a third-party service www.import2.com/pipelinedeals

From the contacts page, select Import from a file from the menu on the left side of the contacts screen. Select the specific format of your data that you wish to import. Currently, you may import your contacts from the following systems: • vCards • Outlook 2007 • Outlook 2003 • Outlook Express • Salesforce • Highrise • ACT!
