How do I import data from GRADE Version 2.2 to GRADE Version 3.0?
**If there are any issues with your data in the 2.2 version of GRADE, administrations and/or students may not be imported. You will need to contact software technical support at 800-470-0521 to request assistance with data clean up. Refer to page 73 of the Users Manual. The software only asks you once if you want to import data. If you select no at this first prompt, the software will never ask you again. However, you can manually import data at anytime. For detailed instructions, refer to page 73 of the Users Manual. When you first run the GRADE 3.0 Software, you will be asked if you have an existing GRADE Scoring & Reporting Software Version 2.2 database that you would like to import into GRADE 3.0. You must have a GRADE.mdb file located in C:\Program Files\AGS\GRADE on the system for the system to find and import your database.
