How do I import data from GMADE Version 1.0 into GMADE Version 2.0?
***If there are any issues with your data in the 1.0 version of GMADE, administrations and/or students may not be imported. You will need to contact software technical support at 800-470-0521 to request assistance with data clean up. When you first run the GMADE 2.0 Software, you will be asked if you have an existing GMADE Scoring & Reporting Software Version 1.0 database that you would like to import into GMADE 2.0. You must have a GMADE.mdb file located in C:\Program Files\AGS\GMADE on the system for the system to find and import your database. The GMADE 2.0 will not be able to successfully import if the database is not in this location. If you indicate “Yes” then all GMADE 1.0 districts, schools, and classes will be imported into the GMADE 2.0 database. If the GMADE 1.0 database shows more than one district, each district will be imported as a subdistrict of the district you name. After the import is completed, the Home Screen will appear.
