The answer to this varies as do different versions of Outlook. However the process concept is the same in all versions. The file format of the calendar data from DUMC.net is called “CSV” (comma separated values). This means that each part of a calendar event (title, time, date, etc) is separated by commas in the file (myevent, mytime, mydate, etc). This is an industry standard file format that most software can use to import a ‘batch’ of calendar events all at one time. Once you have downloaded the file from the home page (ImportCalendarEvents.csv) and placed it somewhere on your computer you can run Outlook or Outlook Express and choose File -> Import and Export. This brings up the Import/Export wizard. Select Import from another program or file (see fig 1 below): Fig 1.
