• Open Outlook Express. • From the menu, click on File and choose Export. Select Address Book. • For type choose Text (Comma Separated Values). • Click the Export button • Name the file and choose a location where the file will be saved. • Click the Next button and check the fields you want to export (select all boxes) • Click Finish • Use the Browse button to find the CSV file on your computer that you just created. • Click the Upload Contacts button to upload your contacts. If you already have entries in your address book, any new addresses you upload will be added to your existing entries, and duplicate addresses will be skipped.
