1. From the main shipping screen, click Utilities > System Setup > Databases > Customer File > Import/Export. 2. You may import a customer file as a fixed length, delimited file, or a database. Select the correct filetype. 3. From the Customer File Import/Export window, type the drive, path, and file name of the file you wish to import (The name of the file to import must begin with an alpha character e.g. Cust12.txt is valid; 12Cust.txt is invalid). 4. Click on OK to import the Customer File. 5. The FedEx Ship Manager QuickShip will prompt you before overwriting any existing data. Click Yes to overwrite the data or No to update existing records and append new data into the Customer File.
