How do I identify proximal SNPs located around a primary SNP?
You can find SNPs that are proximal to a given SNP by using the “Neighbor SNP” link located in the Integrated Maps section of the refSNP Cluster Report. For example, you can find the SNPs proximal to rs2515644 by scrolling down the cluster report until you came to the “Integrated Maps” section, which is located approximately half way down the page. Looking to the right, you’ll see the “Neighbor SNP” column. Click on the blue “View” links located in the column to view neighboring SNPs.
